Request facility related requests
To request access to a facility, please submit a request to the Help Desk. This form requires a pre-approval from the Epic customer. If you do not pre-approve the request, contact Cassidy Schroeder for assistance. Make sure to avoid sending sensitive information to your ticketing email address – it will leave the Covenants email system! You should send all patient-related information to the Help Desk Agents.
